What are the delivery times?

When we receive the order, we process the request within 5 to 7 working days. Then the package is sent by your selected Courier service at check out. Depending on your selection, delivery can take from 3 to 5 days.

If you order a product and we are out of stock, it will take 1 week to replenish.
(Creams, Butters, Lip Balms & Sugar Scrubs) and the 5 to 7 days mentioned for processing the order. We therefore have a 14-day turn around.

I understand you want your product shipped to you fast, however I am a 1 person operation, therefore shipments normally go out on Wednesdays and Fridays & I replenish stock on Saturday and Sundays. That said, if you placed your order on Wednesday it will not go out before Friday unless your selection is out of stock then it will be shipped to you the following Wednesday. I will keep you updated on the progress of your order Via email. Be assured I take special attention to each order I get and make sure they are processed with care & Love.

In regards to soap bars: If out of stock, replenishment will require a longer lead time since the drying time for a bar of soap is 30 day in average. We do keep our stock up for soaps but can’t always predict when we will get a rush and run out. If there is a soap you are particularly attached to, I recommend you stock up and always place your order 1 month before you run out.

What are your delivery terms?

We have many options for delivery.
By mail or courier. Your order is delivered within 5 to 7 working days via Canada Post & shipping costs are charged directly upon purchase.

Quick delivery. If you live in the Montreal, Laval or South shore area we can deliver your order faster for a fixed fee of 6$ CND. Just email info@nerikaz.com to set it up.
Local delivery free for orders over 75$

How does the exchange rate work?

At checkout, you will be charged in Canadian dollars (as we are based in Canada), however, your local currency exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company.

Where do your ingredients come from?

All of the ingredients we use come from reputable companies. They are organic or food based & always Vegan (We don’t use almond oils or Palm oils). Our ingredients are carefully selected from trusted suppliers. Each ingredient is chosen based on its particular benefit for the skin or the hair. Since I use all of my products myself first, I can promise you that only the best quality is sourced and used in each one.

I have sensitive skin. Is it safe to use your products?

We have had many people with extremely sensitive skin use our products and find many of their issues to improve after using our products. Our products are free of harsh chemicals that is why most that use Nerikaz soaps report no negative reaction.
Our soaps are gentle and do what a soap should do and clean but not strip the skin of its natural moisture.

Do I use local ingredients?

As much as possible, but the reality is most butters and oils are not produced in Canada and need to be imported.

Do you make custom products?

Yes we do, send us an email with your project description at: info@nerikaz.com and we can discuss it further.

Why are some products not safe for pregnancy?

Some Essential Oils may have the ability to induce contractions of the uterus and are not recommended for pregnant women usage. Although all products are made using very low concentration of essential oils it is recommended if you are pregnant to use with caution especially when using products that will stay on the skin like creams & butters. We recommend you use the unscented version to be safe.

Why & How you should do the interior-elbow reaction test?

Although we use natural ingredients and have not had anyone report any allergic reaction to any of our products. We always recommend you test new products
for possible allergic reactions.
24h to 48h before applying any new products, test it first on the inner crease of your elbow.
In case of a reaction, do not use & contact us.
Our goal is to provide you with the best products. In any situation where one of our products can’t be used, we will find an alternative solution.

Damaged products

In the event your order is damaged upon reception, please contact us within 48hrs providing a picture of the damaged product alongside the invoice included in the parcel & we will be happy to replace it. Any request received after the 48hrs may be ignored.
